1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using TracklistFinder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TracklistFinder is operated by Code and Waves, based in the Netherlands.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TracklistFinder. The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and are able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. The Service

TracklistFinder helps users extract tracklists from YouTube videos, review generated track data, and in some cases create Spotify playlists or access premium features such as saved history, subscriptions, or comment alerts.

The service depends on third-party platforms and data sources, including YouTube, Spotify, Stripe, and related infrastructure. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable if those providers change their systems or terms.

4. Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TracklistFinder to:

• violate applicable law, copyright, or third-party rights;
• abuse, interfere with, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or connected providers;
• submit malicious content, automated abuse traffic, or misleading information;
• circumvent rate limits, billing rules, or technical restrictions.

6. User Content and Inputs

You are responsible for the YouTube URLs, track information, and other content you submit to the service. You represent that you have the right to use that content and to ask us to process it for playlist generation and related features.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features, when offered, are billed through Stripe. Pricing, billing intervals, and feature access are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. You can cancel an active subscription through the billing portal, and access changes will apply based on the plan terms presented at purchase.

8. Privacy and Analytics

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Non-essential analytics are governed by your cookie consent choice. If you decline analytics, the site should remain usable with essential-only storage.

Optional product tips are sent only if you actively opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time; this does not affect account or tracklist notification emails you requested.

9. Third-Party Services

TracklistFinder interacts with third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, and Stripe. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

10. Availability and Accuracy

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect extraction and playlist-matching accuracy. Results may vary depending on the source content and third-party APIs.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TracklistFinder and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a material update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TracklistFinder and Code and Waves, and their operators, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or connected to the content you submit, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.
